Healthy food is very good for our health. Also it is also very good for your skin, hair and health. It decreases the risk of diseases. So we all have to follow a healthy diet. It is also good for weight loss and now i will share some healthy recipes for weight loss.

Chilli soya:

Healthy recipe for weight loss

Ingredients:

  • Soya chunks (100 gm)
  • Lukewarm water
  • Curd (4 Tbsp)
  • Ginger, Garlic paste (1 Tbsp)
  • Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
  • Black pepper (1/4 Tbsp crushed)
  • Red chilli powder (1/2 Tbsp)
  • Olive oil (4 Tbsp)
  • Garlic (3 clove chopped)
  • Onion (2 Tbsp chopped)
  • Green chilli (1 slit)
  • Capsicum (chopped)
  • Tomato puree (2 Tbsp)
  • Soya sauce (1 Tbsp)
  • Vinegar ( 1 Tbsp)
  • Chilli sauce (1 Tbsp)
  • Spring onion (chopped)

Recipe:

Firstly we marinate soya chunks. So for this we take lukewarm water and add soya chunks in it and leave it for some minutes for soaking. Then we take a bowl and add curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and now we add our soaked soya chunks in it and mix it well and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes for marinating.

After it heat the oil in a wok and add garlic, onion, green chilli, capsicum and cook it well. When it cooked add tomato puree, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and again mix everything very well and cook spices. Now add marinated soya chunks, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and mix it all really very well. Then you can add spring onion on it and serve it. Now it is ready to eat.

Quinoa and paneer tawa pulav:

Ingredients:

  • Ghee (2 Tbsp)
  • Cumin (1 Tbsp)
  • Quinoa or Dalia (1 Bowl)
  • Garlic (Chopped)
  • Onion (Sliced)
  • Tomato (Chopped)
  • Capsicum (Chopped)
  • Carrot (Chopped)
  • Green peas (Chopped)
  • Beans (Chopped)
  • Paneer cube (50 Gm)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red chilli powder
  • Pav bhaji masala
  • Coriander (Chopped)

Recipe:

Heat ghee in a wok, add cumin, garlic, carrot, capsicum, beans, peas, tomato, paneer and mix  all vegetables. Now add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, Quinoa and 2 and half bowl water mix it well. Now add coriander and leave for 15 to minutes on low to medium flame for cooking. It is ready to eat now.

Street style rajma rice:

Ingredients:

  • Ghee (1 Tbsp)
  • Asafoetida
  • Cumin
  • Green chilli
  • Boiled rajma
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Onion ( Chopped)
  • Tomato puree
  • Salt
  • Red chilli  powder
  • Black pepper
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander leaves

Recipe:

Heat ghee in a wok add asafoetida, cumin, ginger garlic paste, onion, green chilli and cook it. Now add tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, coriander powder, garam masala and cook all spices. Then add lukewarm water, boiled  and coriander leaves and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve it with onion, cucumber, curd and it is ready to eat.

Egg fried rice:

  • Olive oil (1 Tbsp)
  • Garlic (Chopped)
  • Onion (Chopped)
  • Green chilli (Chopped)
  • Capsicum (Chopped)
  • Carrot
  • Corn (Boiled)
  • Tomato (Chopped)
  • Egg
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Black pepper
  • Rice (Steamed)
  • Vinegar
  • Soya sauce
  • Spring onion (Chopped)

Recipe:

Heat oil in a wok and add garlic, onion, green chilli, capsicum, carrot in it and then cook all vegetables. Now add corn, tomato, egg, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper and cook all of them. Then add rice, vinegar, soya sauce for a chinese touch and mix it all. Add spring onion on it and serve hot.

Masala khichdi:

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • Cumin
  • Bright card
  • Cinnamon
  • Asafoetida
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Green chilli
  • Tomato
  • Carrot
  • Capsicum
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric
  • Garam masala
  • Rice (1 Cup)
  • Dal (1 Cup) Recipe:

Heat oil in a cooker and add cumin, bright card, cinnamon, asafoetida, garlic, onion, green chilli, tomato, carrot, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, and mix it all and Then add 1 cup rice, 1 cup dal and add water then mix them and close the cooker and wait for 2 whistle then cool it down and it is ready to eat.
