I will share some recipes for evening snacks. Which you can prepare in less time and effort. It also helps you in weight loss. So let us start with their recipes.

Corn and peas chaat:

Ingredients:

  • Sweet corn (Boiled)
  • Peas (Boiled)
  • Salted peanut
  • Onion (Diced)
  • Tomato (Diced)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves

Recipe:

Take a bowl and add boiled sweet corn, boiled peas, and salted peanut and use them in a ratio of 3:2:1. Then add onion, tomato, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice and mix all ingredients. Garnish it with coriander leaves and it is ready to eat.

Healthy pancakes:

Ingredients:

  • Oats
  • Bananas (2)
  • Cinnamon powder (Optional)
  • Eggs (2)
  • Vanilla extract (1 Tsp)
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Honey

Recipe:

Blend oats, 2 bananas, 2 eggs, cinnamon powder, 1 Tsp vanilla extract, and milk and make a smooth paste of it. Now take a pan and heat some butter and spread the paste in a circular way with the help of a spoon. When it is turned into golden brown colour from both sides. Then serve it on a plate and you can spread honey on it. Also, you garnish it with any fruit like strawberry or cherry.

Desi taco:

Ingredients:

  • Sweet corn (Boiled)
  • Onion (Diced)
  • Tomato (Diced)
  • Capsicum (Diced)
  • Green chilli
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Papad

Recipe:

Take a bowl and add boiled sweet corn, diced onion, diced tomato, diced capsicum, green chilli, coriander, salt,  black pepper, and lemon juice and make a mixture of it. Then roast papad in the pan and fold it on the pan before it cools down and make a pocket of it. Now fill the mixture in the pocket like a taco and it is ready to eat.

Bread upma:

Ingredients:

  • Desi ghee
  • Cumin
  • Rai
  • Kadi patta
  • Peanuts
  • Onion (Diced)
  • Capsicum (Diced)
  • Tomato (Diced)
  • Bread (2 Diced cuts)
  • Green chilli
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves

Recipe:

Heat desi ghee in a pan and add cumin, rai, and kadi patta and cook them. After it is cooked then add peanuts onion, capsicum, and tomato and now add 2 diced cut breads in it. Then add green chilli, salt, coriander and cook them. Now it is ready to eat.

Cheese chilli toast:

Ingredients:

  • Bread (2)
  • Cheese slice
  • Green chilli
  • Oregano

Recipe:

Firstly bake 2 pieces of bread on a pan and after it is baked then on one bread add a cheese slice and green chilli. Now sprinkle oregano and put the other bread on it. Now bake it properly and it is ready to serve.

Roasted nuts:

Ingredients:

  • Ghee
  • Ground nuts
  • Chana
  • Almonds
  • Fox nuts
  • Chaat masala

Recipe:

Heat ghee in a pan and add ground nuts, chana, almonds, and fox nuts and roast all of them properly. After roasting it is ready. Now you can sprinkle chaat masala on it.

Chatpata chana chat:

Ingredients:

  • Chana (Boiled)
  • Onion (Diced)
  • Tomato ( Diced)
  • Cucumber (Diced)
  • Green chilli
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves

Recipe:

Take a bowl and add boiled chana, onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and coriander leaves mix all ingredients and your chana chat is ready to eat.

Masala papad:

Ingredients:

  • Papad
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Chaat masala
  • Cumin powder
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves

Recipe:

Firstly roast papad in a pan. Then take a bowl and add onion, tomato, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, and coriander leaves and mix them. Now spread the mixture on the papad and enjoy it.
